A busy multi-practitioner health clinic in Squamish looking for an independent and motivated office administrator to help co-ordinate the day to day administration and reception activities of this thriving business on a full time basis. Strong multi-tasking, keen initiative and a glowing personality are a must!

Duties Include:
- Greeting, billing and scheduling appointments for patients
- Ensuring practitioner's rooms are prepared for the day (various duties)
- Assist the health practitioners in time management & follow ups for patients
- Liaising with laboratories, hospitals and other health care providers
- Ordering and stocking medical supplies/supplements
- Ensuring patient documentation is filed in charts proficiently
- some banking and record keeping
- Minor cleaning duties
- Previous medical office experience an asset
-flexibility in hours for the right individual

$32,000 to $42,000 per annum
