Caveotrac is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team today. They are the creators of the invisible Anti-Theft device for would be bike thieves. These avid bikers and outdoor lovers are on a mission to Stop Bike Thieves and want a like minded sales and business developer to join them in leading and driving customer acquisition for online sales.

Your responsibilities would include retailer sales channel and building OEM sales partnerships as part of initial product launch and validation in the market place. Geographic focus will start in Canada, swiftly moving to international markets. Goal is to understand and drive company revenue.

- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the company and its technology offerings;
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of primary target client categories and how the products and services can benefit businesses and consumers in those categories;
- Understand the caveotrac sales process and how to develop and open new leads
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients that are currently in caveotrac's CRM system and/or databases;
- Develop targeted leads lists and use the company's prospecting tools to develop and launch sales channels/ OEM Partners
- Acquire Customers, retain them and grow customer base whilst also learning and getting feedback from those not interested in becoming customers
- Maintain accurate sales contact history in SalesForce, the company's sales management system
- Develop, oversee and coordinate sales team activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends and learnings regularly for business forecasting and product iteration
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

- Previous experience in business development and strong sales experience
- Experience in B2B sales and selling technology and/or products in the sports/leisure/ recreational/ adventure industry.
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients, tenacious, persistent, self-motivated with strong problem-solving flair and passionate about solving bike theft.
